REPAYMENT

Members are required to make monthly repayments on Principal and Interest.  A percentage of the monthly repayment also goes to savings.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT LOAN REPAYMENTS ARE MADE ON TIME, to prevent the account from becoming delinquent.

Delinquency affects the members credit rating with the Credit Union.

RE-PAYMENT PERIODS

The re-payment period for a loan is based on the security/collateral offered as follows:

PERIOD/ COLLATERAL
  • Maximum 10 years - Cash, Real Estate, Financial Security
  • Maximum 7 years - New Motor Vehicle
  • Maximum 6 years - Used Motor Vehicle and heavy equipment

Loan Criteria
